Shipping and Returns

United Kingdom Delivery

Cloth Worldwide cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Second Class postage will take approximately 2-3 working days for delivery. Please ensure that the full address, including postcode of the recipient, is entered correctly when making your purchase.  We are not liable for the failed delivery of any items as a result of incorrect delivery address. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched. Please note we are not advised to dispatch items until payment has cleared, we will email you as soon as your item has been dispatched. 

Worldwide Delivery 

Items purchased for overseas delivery will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For service. Depending on the overseas destination for the item will determine the length of time in which the item will take to get to you, we are based within the United Kingdom so delivery times can vary from 5-20 working days. Overseas delivery charges are based on a standard flat rate which will be calculated during the check out process. Please ensure that the full address, including postcode of the recipient, is entered correctly when making your purchase.  We are not liable for the failed delivery of any items as a result of incorrect delivery address. Orders placed outside of the United Kingdom maybe subject to import duties & taxes, you as a consumer will be responsible for such costs if applicable.  Your local customs office should be able to assist with import duties and taxes, we are not in control of such costs therefore have no power when it comes to them. Cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs due to precautionary measures of countries. 


Returns Policy

Our returns policy complies with the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 in which you must notify us of your intent to return the products within 14 days from the day you receive your order. 


Damaged Or Faulty Goods

We do our upmost to ensure that your items are delivered to you in good condition and correctly, however occasionally this may not happen. You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to notify us with regards to any damage or faults to your products, after the 14 days time period we will not be able to rectify the situation. Once notified of the issue a refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible .
